Saus kacang is a spicy Indonesian peanut sauce.

- 2 cans of natural peanut butter
- Sambal oelek
- 1 lemon
- Soy sauce
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Mix the peanut butter with water, and stir gently until smooth.
- Add some sambal oelek, some lemon juice, salt, and soy sauce. Keep stirring, adjusting the ingredients to get the taste right.
Notes, tips, and variations[edit | edit source]
- If using stabilized peanut butter, mix in a small amount of peanut or vegetable oil.
