Saus kacang is a spicy Indonesian peanut sauce.

  1. Mix the peanut butter with water, and stir gently until smooth.
  2. Add some sambal oelek, some lemon juice, salt, and soy sauce. Keep stirring, adjusting the ingredients to get the taste right.
