  1. Put oats in a blender. Blend the oats to the finest powder you can get
  2. Add as much of the water as possible to the blender. Blend some more.
  3. Strain the mixture into a jug, and add the rest of the water.

  • Stir the milk before consuming it.
  • This will keep in the refrigerator at least a week.
  • The blended oat solids can be used to make porridge.
