Beans and plantain is a Nigerian dish mostly eaten as lunch.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Wash the beans, then transfer to a pot with the onion, seasoning cube, pepper, and salt.
  2. Bring the pot to a boil, and cook until the beans are soft.
  3. Stir in the palm oil, and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Fry the plantain in hot oil.
  5. Serve the beans and plantains together.
