Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion and mayonnaise.
  3. Spread on bottom of buns.
  4. Top tuna mixture with a slice of cheese and tomato.
  5. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Top each with a lettuce leaf; replace bun tops.
