- Spray bananas and cold grill grate with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place a large saucepan over high heat and add rum. Ignite. Once flames have died, remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Place bananas cut side down on the preheated grill, and brush with rum mixture. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and brush grilled side with more rum mixture.
- Cook other side until well browned. Flip and cook just until browned. Remove and serve.
