Millet porridge, also known as ibyer, is a typical Tiv meal prepared from millet flour. It is served with bread and milk.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Boil water, then stir in the millet flour, ginger, and sugar.
  2. Stir continuously to prevent lumps, and cook for few minutes.
  3. Serve.
