- 2 chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Honey
- ¼–½ clove of garlic, minced
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Chop chicken into small pieces.
- Coat frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Add chicken pieces to frying pan.
- Cover the chicken with honey and add garlic.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and darkens and the chicken is cooked. Don't let it go on too long or the sauce can burn.
