This rub kicks it up a notch from oversalted flavorless commercial rubs by packing quite some heat.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup smoked paprika
- ¼ cup salt
- ¼ cup cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup black pepper
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup ground coriander
- 3 tbsp granulated garlic
- ½ cup dried rosemary

- Combine all ingredients in an airtight container.
