This rub is great on steak, pork, and chicken.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup dehydrated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup dried rosemary
- 1/3 cup granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup chipotle powder
- 2 tsp hickory smoke powder (if you can't find this, use 2 drops liquid smoke in the dish.)
Procedure[edit]
- Combine all ingredients and store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.
