The avocados should be very ripe, to the point where the navel almost - or even just - starts to mold.
- Peel the avocados and remove the nut.
- Break down the fleshy parts of the avocados using a fork or mixer; depending on the desired texture.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix.
- Now add agave syrup to taste, mix some more and your mousse in done.
