This is also great as a dip to spice up garlic bread, or a spread on burger buns.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 chipotle chiles in adobo, stemmed
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup adobo sauce
- Tortilla chips
- Pulse everything except chips in your blender until smooth. Serve with chips.
