- ½ cup (125 ml/4.2 US fl oz) freshly-squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup (85 g/3.0 oz) honey
- 4 serrano chiles, minced (seeded if you want)
- 1 cup (250 ml/8.5 US fl oz) chicken broth
- 2 tbsp salt

- Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
