BBQ sam-chang-bak is a very simple barbecue seasoning recipe for pork meat.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 3 katis (1.8-2 kg) (4 lbs) of pork meat (sam-chang-bak)
- 5 tablespoons of char-siu sauce
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- A few drops of tenderizer
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Sprinkle the tenderizer on the meat, then mix the rest of the ingredients together with the meat.
