Babi panggang is an Indonesian term applied to a variety of grilled pork dishes. In the Netherlands, babi panggang has become a fusion dish, typically prepared and served with a tomato-based sauce.

Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a saucepan, and add the onion and garlic.
  2. Combine bouillon, sugar, sherry and tomato mash, and add this mixture to the saucepan.
  3. Keep stirring and leave to boil for 5 minutes.
