Babi Panggang is an Indonesian term applied to a variety of grilled pork dishes. In the Netherlands, babi panggang has become a fusion dish, typically prepared and served with a tomato-based sauce.

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil and add the onion and garlic.
  2. Combine bouillon, sugar, sherry and tomato mash and add.
  3. Keep stirring and leave to boil for 5 minutes.
