- 1 small onion
- 1 tow of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1.5 deciliter (150 ml) of chicken bouillon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sherry
- 1 can of tomato mash
- Peal and chop the onion. Heat the oil and add the onion and garlic.
- Combine bouillon, sugar, sherry and tomato mash and add.
- Keep stirring and leave to boil for 5 minutes.
