This textbook, Constructivism & Technology: Transforming Schools & Classrooms, is initiated as a collaborative writing project for a Webster University graduate course on constructivism and technology.

The first edition of this textbook was developed in the Spring 2009 semester. Instructors were Dr. Roy Tamashiro and Dr. Mary Beckmann. The 10 graduate students in the course were the primary authors, editors, and quiz builders.

The aim of the course was to learn about the theory, research and applications of constructivism and technology by doing constructivism in the course. The development of this WikiBook was the primary methodology for reading about constructivism, dialoguing about it, applying it to other teaching / learning situations.
