- Article 16
- Carrying weapons by group and obstructing a military service will be sentenced to no less than one year but less than 7 years of imprisonment.
- Committing the crime stated above and caused the death or serious injury to a person, will be sentenced to death, life imprisonment or no less than 10 years of imprisonment.
