  10. The amended Articles 25 was promulgated by the Presidential Decree hua-zong-yi-yi-zi No. 09500075671 on 30 May 2006, and Article 23 was castrated. Enforcement of the amended Act was on 1 July 2006.
  11. The amended Article 16 and Article 17 were promulgated by the Presidential Decree hua-zong-yi-yi-zi No. 10000097611 on 18 May 2011.
