  1. The enacted Act was promulgated by the Government of the Republic of China on 29 June 1940.
  2. The amended Act was promulgated by the Government of the Republic of China on 27 May 1943.

  4. The amended Act was promulgated by the President on 5 September 1949.
  5. The amended Act was promulgated by the President on 3 June 1950.
