Article 36

Article 36[1]
Whoever obtains consent described in Paragraph 1 of Article 23, or Paragraph 1 of Article 24 by fraud or coercion shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than three years.
Whoever solicits or abets another person to commit the crimes as described in the proceeding paragraph, shall be guilty of the crime and punished.
Proceeds obtained from an offense described in the preceding paragraph shall be confiscated; where such proceeds cannot be confiscated either in part or in whole, an equivalent amount of money of the value of such proceeds shall be sought or other property shall be taken as a substitute.
Any violation of this article shall be indictable only upon complaint.

Article 36[2]
Whoever obtains consent described in Paragraph 1 of Article 23, or Paragraph 1 of Article 24 by fraud or coercion shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than three years.
Whoever solicits or abets another person to commit the crimes as described in the proceeding paragraph, shall be guilty of the crime and punished.
Any violation of this article shall be indictable only upon complaint.
