[edit] Thoughts on Simple English Wikijunior?
I say go for it and let kids understand it more simpiler i support this idea but i talked with jomegat and said this will not likely happen but just wanted to throw this out there. Seabanks (talk) 06:46, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
Oppose Wikijunior should already be using English of a simpler nature. And there's already enough confusion out there with people believing Wikijunior and Simple English Wikibooks have the same target audience. The niche positioning of a Wikijunior within Simple English Wikibooks would be even harder to distinguish for those people. On a practical level, creating a sub-project of a project that is not that active in the first place will proceed slowly at best. -- Adrignola talk contribs 12:14, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
- This is something that should be discussed by the Simple English Wikibooks community. My two cents though is that a Simple English Cookbook would be the way to go first. --darklama 14:16, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Wikijunior:Nazi Germany
Just asking for a little help with the book. I added the intro, leaders, and who stopped nazi germany still needs more work to be done though as it is a stub and needs images. 72.73.125.14 (talk) 12:56, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
[edit] IB Diploma
Hey, I recently came across a page to do with the International Baccalaureate Course, one that I am currently taking. http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/IB I've found it really useful so far, only there is a lot on it that hasn't been completed and thus leaves a lot of content unaccounted for. If anyone has any information that they could use to contribute towards this, it would be greatly appreciated. Irandill (talk) 11:26, 30 October 2009 (UTC)Irandill

- This is an inappropriate place for this discussion. Wikibooks is about writing textbooks, not about doing homework. If you need help with your homework you might try finding the appropriate level of support via wikiversity at en.wikiversity.org. The projects we talk about here are books, not homework. --Graeme E. [edit] Linguistics
Linguistics looks pretty promising, but I've been going at it solo for a while, and I really only feel qualified to work on the first few sections. The scope of the book is so wide that I think it'll be impossible to get it to a reasonable state without considerable help. Could anyone offer assistance of any kind? Mo-Al (talk) 01:11, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
- We may have spoken about this previously. If I had time, I could help with some elements of the text - I am a psycholinguistics student. Sadly, I don't have the time at present. You might ask around on enwiki - members of WikiProjects are often good sources for finding collaborators. — Mike.lifeguard | talk 02:53, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
