Hello, My name is Rick (Richard) Stambaugh, and I am the author and co-author of several books about 'meter' stamp collecting, a specialty area of the stamp collecting hobby. My goal with Wikibooks is to turn my magnum opus, The International Postage Meter Stamp Catalog, by Joel Hawkins and myself, 2005, into a repository of meter stamp taxonomy that all collectors can use freely, update and expand.
