Tipps:

• Use RMB and shift while modeling.
• Use RMB and ctrl whild selecting.
• If Extrude Polygons doesn't work well, try to change the Local Direction!
• Renaming a bunch of objects: select your objects and execute renameSelectionList("New_Name");
