I'm an aspiring animator/special effects artist using adobe after effects, I also dabble in camera and sound work as well as premiere pro film editing. I currently run a terrible YouTube channel with no content of any significance. I also enjoy reviewing terrible films and Games and on occasion good films and games. In recent history I have been experimenting using social media voting to define certain choice that I commit to in my social life, examples being Go out/ Watch Punisher with Go out winning the pool by around 5% and the second choice being Bioshock 2 or Bioshock infinite with Bioshock 2 winning by 66%. I found that social media engagement is not directly tied to the number of views as I found that of some fifty persons who viewed my poll around twenty to twenty-five responded. I aim to conduct a third experiment using literature the book of my choosing being Zamyatin, Y.(1924) We Or Huxley A. (1932) Brave New World I will post result here on my user discussion as this experiment is what I'm dubbing as the 'Bandersnatch influence' Hopefully this data with better discussion and under better circumstances could provide valuable insight into the thought process and interaction of people online and how it affects people in the real world.
