Sub-group AR-NGD: Official Mail meter stamps used by the National Guard for official business[edit | edit source]
- AR-NGD stamps are identified by the slogan since the town mark contains no indication of military use.
- The National Guard offices come under the jurisdiction of both the Army and the Air Force.
- First seen in the 1980s.
NOTE: Since a systematic accounting of National Guard meter stamps has not been attempted before, it is likely that more types and varieties exist than those cataloged here.
