- Some of these stamps are quite elusive but their actual rarity is not known.
Type OO-IC4 or OO-A2.2 in previous editions
OA-FPO1. "Pitney Bowes 5313".
- Corresponds to Type IC4.1, OO-A2.2 (part).
- Value figures with wide wavy-line triad at left and no symbol at right (does not print fractions of a cent).
- When printing dollar values a narrow wavy-line triad appears left of the dollar number.
♦ Stamps with dollar values show a small wavy-line triad at left of the dollar number. These stamps resemble Type OO-A2.1 stamps. They can be differentiated by the placement of the decimal and the right-most number. See close-up scans at right.

- Corresponds to Type IE1, OO-A4.
- As previous OO-A types but the value box is much wider than tall.
- A. Wavy lines at left in value figures, 2mm tall (≋)
- Meter numbers: 6250000 series
- V/F: ≋ 0 .00 ≋ (range: .001 to 99.999)
