Usage of France Regions Labelled Map

This {{France Regions Labelled Map}} template is placed on a page, and it shows up!

This template incorporates extensive calls to the {{image label small}} template with X-Y co-ordinates, and typing parameters and wraps these labels around the image, which may have co-ordinates be defined and synchronized with the X-Y labeling co-ords. The {{image label begin}} and {{Image label end}} templates nest the whole sandwich, establishing the image, frame, co-ordinates, and X-Y offsets for Image label small to display. As can be seen by the actual code shown below, the setup is both straight forward and can be quite involved. (the Commented-out Section titles in the actual template are restored in the below:

For technical reasons

and simplicity, only a smattering of the code below is shown as a template (blue). Among other things, note the use of embedded HTML <br/> break-line occurrences.
