  • Approaching the bar at a nice pace, focus on where your hands will be placed.
  • As you reach for the rail (one palm up one palm down) begin to turn your body sideways.
  • Here you grabbed the rail and start to bring your knees up to clear the wall. As you do so, your arms should help to lift your body weight clear.
  • When you're confident that your body is clear of the wall, start to spin your body in preparation for the landing.
  • With your legs pulled through and the rotation allowing you to balance yourself out, turn your head to focus on the landing point.
