- DVDs are upper-field first
- If making a 16:9 menu from an imported PhotoShop file, make sure you use non-square pixels (1.2:1)
- You can use ReStream or DVDPatcher to set the 16:9/4:3 flag.
- You can use Bitrate Viewer to check the parameters of your MPEG-2 file (including its aspect ratio)
