English: These Regulations, which apply to Wales, implement Directive 2000-36-EC of the European Parliament and the Council relating to cocoa and chocolate products intended for human consumption (OJ No. L197, 3.8.2000, p.19). They revoke and replace the Cocoa and Chocolate Products Regulations 1976, as amended, in relation to Wales. Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn, sy'n gymwys i Gymru, yn gweithredu Cyfarwyddeb 2000-36-EC Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor mewn cysylltiad â chynhyrchion coco a siocled a fwriedir ar gyfer eu bwyta gan bobl (OJ Rhif L197, 3.8.2000, t.19). Maent yn dirymu ac yn cymryd lle Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Coco a Siocled 1976, fel y'u diwygiwyd, mewn perthynas â Chymru.
