[edit] Introduction
Many professional firms such as lawyers and accountants bill their time to their clients. Time Billing is in charge of collecting this time, sorting it by client, applying the proper rates and generating invoices for Order Entry. Generally time is billed to clients on a weekly or monthly basis. Every ERP package has a Time Billing module.
[edit] Tables
Time Billing shares the Customer and Invoice groups of tables (with Accounts Receivable) as well as the Employee table with Payroll. It has a Transaction table in which every hour spent working is allocated to something.

Time Billing creates invoices in Order Entry/Invoicing.
