An Ulster Fry is a classic Northern Irish breakfast usually consisting of the following:
- Fried Eggs
- Sausages
- Bacon
- Fried Potato farls
- Fried or Toasted Irish Soda Farl
- Fried wheaten farl
Optional:
- Fried Mushrooms
- Fried Tomato
There are regional variations and some extra ingredients may also include:
- Black / White Pudding
- Baked Beans
However, opinion is divided as to the authenticity of adding these ingredients, as the meal then becomes similar to an Irish or English Breakfast.
