Potato poundo is a Nigerian swallow made from potato flour.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Potato flour
- Water
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Bring water to boil in a small pot.
- Stir in potato flour until you get a thick mixture. Continue stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
- Add some water, and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Stir again to ensure that it's smooth.
- Remove from the fire and put in a wrapper.
- Serve with any soup of your choice.
