- 500 g butter
- 350 g peanut butter
- 1 L milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract or powder
- Brown sugar
- Powdered sugar
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and cook only for two minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Whisk in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Immediately pour over powdered sugar. Beat until smooth with an electric mixer.
- Pour in an 8x8-inch pan and cool. Cut into desired shapes.
