It's actually really easy to create your own sodas. Homemade sodas are actually better than commercial ones because they don't have as much acid or sugar, things that got soda it's bad rep with parents and dentists.

2 parts hazelnut-flavored syrup

1 part heavy cream

2 parts seltzer water

1. Combine all ingredients. Serve cold over ice.
