The "Eat-Clean Diet",was developed by Tosca Reno. The main concepts of this diet are:

  • Eating small meals every 2 to 3 hours
  • Eat 2 to 3 servings of healthy fats daily
  • Choose natural foods and avoid over-processed foods
  • Drinking at least 8 cups of water daily
  • Combine a lean protein and complex carbohydrate with each meal.[1]
