Butter beer is a drink from Harry Potter.

  1. 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  2. ¼ cup butter, softened
  3. ⅓ cup brown sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  5. 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  6. 1 quart apple cider (i.e. juice, non-alcoholic)

  1. Mix in a bowl.
  2. Add to mugs.
  3. Heat as needed
