Bartending/Cocktails/Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. Rum
• 3/4 oz. Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Blue Caracao
• 3-4 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz. Sweet & Sour
• Ice

Glass

• Collins
• Small Hurricane

On the Rocks

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Mix well and strain into a collins or small hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.

Blended

Combine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer. Mix well (15 - 20 sec). Pour into collins or small hurricane glass.

A slight variation found online :

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce Light rum
• 2 ounces Pineapple juice
• 1 ounce Blue curacao
• 1 ounce Cream of coconut
• 1 slice Pineapple
• 1 Cherry

Method:

Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.
