Brain is an entity that obeys laws of physics. Physics can be expressed in mathematical equations. Math equations can be converted into computer programs which inturn can be expressed as zero's and ones, hence its possible to build a general purpose neuron with boolean circuits. These neurons can be grouped together to form a artificial brain.
