Forces and Equilibrium

• Weight $=mass\times g$
• Limiting Friction: $F=\mu R\,$
• $F=ma\,$

Kinematics

• $v=u+at\,$

• $s={\frac {1}{2}}(u+v)t$
• $v^{2}=u^{2}+2as\,$

Linear Momentum

• Momentum of a Particle: $p=mv\,$

Momentum is conserved. Therefore if there is a collision between 2 objects, the momentum before = momentum afterwards.

Impulse is the change in momentum.
