What did they look like?[edit | edit source]
The Anatosaurus may have grown as big as 13 meters long and 6 meters tall with over 1000 teeth. It could walk on two legs and on four legs — probably on four when it was in a hurry — and is common called "duck-billed dinosaur".
What did they eat?[edit | edit source]
Anatosaurus ate plants. They would have been able to reach shrubs and, for the larger ones, trees up to about four meters above the ground.
When did they live?[edit | edit source]
Anatosaurus lived around 65 million years ago, in the Cretaceous.
Where did they live?[edit | edit source]
In the current North America. They have been found in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, the Dakotas, and Saskatchewan.
