The Computer icon is the gateway to accessing files outside your home folder. Using Computer, you can access files stored on CD-ROMS, Floppy Disks, USB keys and on your Network.

To Access it.
- Select "Computer" on the desktop.
- Choose "Computer" from the places menu.
