Unnamed Recipe

  • 1 package of tofu
  • 1 half pound of mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 half package of rice noodles
  • minced garlic
  • salt
  • onion powder
  • oregano
  • celery seed
  • Olive oil
  1. Open package of tofu and turn on side
  2. Slice into quarter inch to half inch thick slices
  3. Chop mushrooms into slices
  4. Chop pepper into pieces
  5. Microwave tofu for 3 minutes
  6. Place mushrooms and pepper onto pan
  7. Add celery seeds, onion powder, and minced garlic to pan
  8. Cook on medium low covered for 5 to 10 minutes until mushrooms and peppers are soft and bottom of pan has a layer of water
  9. Slice tofu into small cubes
  10. Place tofu into a bag with celery seed, salt, onion powder, organo, and minced garlic
  11. Shake bag vigorously to cover tofu
  12. Add tofu to the pan
  13. Add olive oil to the pan
  14. Cook on medium high for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until tofu begins to brown and dry up some. There should be no more water on the bottom of the pan.
  15. Meanwhile put rice noodles into a pot of hot water and let sit
  16. Combine rice noodles and contents of pan and enjoy
