Unnamed Recipe
- 1 package of tofu
- 1 half pound of mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 1 half package of rice noodles
- minced garlic
- salt
- onion powder
- oregano
- celery seed
- Olive oil
- Open package of tofu and turn on side
- Slice into quarter inch to half inch thick slices
- Chop mushrooms into slices
- Chop pepper into pieces
- Microwave tofu for 3 minutes
- Place mushrooms and pepper onto pan
- Add celery seeds, onion powder, and minced garlic to pan
- Cook on medium low covered for 5 to 10 minutes until mushrooms and peppers are soft and bottom of pan has a layer of water
- Slice tofu into small cubes
- Place tofu into a bag with celery seed, salt, onion powder, organo, and minced garlic
- Shake bag vigorously to cover tofu
- Add tofu to the pan
- Add olive oil to the pan
- Cook on medium high for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until tofu begins to brown and dry up some. There should be no more water on the bottom of the pan.
- Meanwhile put rice noodles into a pot of hot water and let sit
- Combine rice noodles and contents of pan and enjoy
