I joined WikiBooks due to my interest in the proposed Wikiversity project; Wikiversity is a wonderful idea, and I would be more than happy to help contribute to the project as both a student and a contributor (and, in about a year, a teacher, perhaps.) I am currently reading about how to contribute to the project aside from just editing and would be grateful for any helpful information anyone out there might give me.
Some of my hobbies include:

- Trombone
- Tabla
- Harmonica
- Mixing (drinks, that is)
