snmbala is a short tag keyword hinting for Balamurugan. He is basically from Tamil Nadu. He born in Manamadurai (a town 40Km away from Madurai) in Jan 3 1986. He did his schools at his hometown till 8th grade. He is not so good at studies. Normally look less confident in what ever he do. His father use to encourage him in many ways. in 1999, his father joined him a school at Madurai, concerning his studies. Next four years he stayed in hostel. Those four year become his unforgettable days life long for him. Once he completed his schools he join in Thiagarajar college, Madurai. He completed his bachelors in Industrial Microbiology there. His studies went smooth over there. Once after that he went bangalore for his higher studies. That's the greatest time in his life. He learn a lot, Earn a lot and off-course struggled a lot. He had a mixed life in bangalore. He join in Oxford science college for his masters in Biotechnology. His class is full of north indian's who are all from different culture. He was initially conservative and less spoken. Later he realize the hidden skill with in him, he worked on it constantly, and got everybody's attention. Near to the end of his studies he was fighting with his ego, fear and loneliness. he was very much worried about his job, and quit lonely for sometime. later he got a chance from a government organisation, under which he will get free training from a company as well as stipend for it. For the next 6 months he stayed in company hostel and did his training. He has no clue how the training will help him. Training got end. He had some good time's over there. But he is not full happy. He has not completely come out of his lonely feeling. Once the training is over he searched for job. He got few interview call. he felt very difficult to clear a interview. He has not got any job. At that time his mother had operation in stomach. He rushed to see his mother. He stayed and helped his mother for a month. Then later he went again to bangalore and stayed with his friends room. He realize biotech has very less job. and his current potency is not competitive with others. He started thinking why can't he move his career in something which he is interested. He figured out his interest in graphic design and explaining things. Since he's from biotech background he thought why can't he move his career on his interest in parallel with career. He search for companies, who work on life science field, related to his interest. He figured out few companies. In addition to that he attend interview on other IT companies also. he is not able to clear any interview. Atlast he thought there is something wrong with this personality and approach. So he thought he can join in a personality training institute. He joined a course for a month and also went for a web development course in the morning. Web development course was a whole waste of time for him.
