Our matrix is with five dimensions: diseases, exposures, industry/job and country The idea is that passive reading is a little attractive way to learn. Much better that we are active from start working to identify areas where we can solve problems and contribute with new knowledge to the book. We can start in the agriculture with lung disease and dust. By doing literature search and review, comes ideas on new studies, that can be done with interviews or/and by using standardised questionnaires, answered on the smartphone. See for example the review study on maritime occupational diseases in Latin America with only 55 relevant studies at all
