Hello, My name is Rick (Richard) Stambaugh, and I am the author and co-author of several books about 'meter' stamp collecting, a specialty area of the stamp collecting hobby.

I have updated the catalog I co-authored with Joel Hawkins, The International Postage Meter Stamp Catalog, as a Wiki book. I also added a specialized catalog of United States meter stamps to the Wiki book library.
