I've been a contributor on Wikipedia and Wiktionary since 2004, but I'm new here on Wikibooks. I hope to make some useful contributions within the Earth Sciences. I'm a geologist (University of Southern Colorado, graduate school at University of Arizona), and a member of the American Geophysical Union. My specialty fields include mineralogy and petrology with a special interest in sedimentary formations.
