The tundra[edit | edit source]

animals[edit | edit source]

In the frostiest, coldest places in the world lay the tundra biomes. Out of all the biomes the tundra biome has the lowest temperature, which explains why it is known for it's temperatures. In the winter it can go down to 34c and in the summer up to 12c. Only simple

plants can survive the strong winds and weather of the tundra biome.(there's a short season for growing.)
