What were the basic results?[edit | edit source]

How did the researchers interpret the results?[edit | edit source]

The researches tended to over value there work. and while there research does demonstrate that this is effective, the limitations of the study and other studies conducted also have conflicting/supporting evidence which under pins this research.

What conclusions should be taken away from this research?[edit | edit source]

While the findings are positive and can be conclusive from this study, further work should be conducted on a broader range of individuals to enable recommendations for mental health to be made.

What are the implications of this research?[edit | edit source]

Huge! this study tells us tonnes of important things along with previous research to be able to conclude via the current available literature that activity does have many benefits on mental health. however many of the pathways/methods of this are interpreted and not proven. proving these factors is challenging as there are many other factors involved in the study. such as could the improvements be due to the fact that the participants were outside socialising with undertaking the activity and could the social aspects be the real factor that is showing the improvements here.
