Bio[edit | edit source]

Mr. Jugandi is a retired electrical engineer, having spent 29 years teaching CEGEP Heritage College and 12 years in R&D. He's worked at the University of Winnipeg, SED Systems in Saskatoon, and Bell-Northern Research in Ottawa.

Projects include nuclear instrumentation, sounding rockets, a UHF radiometer, mastitis detector, power converters, DMS-100 line cards, fiber services terminal and an assortment of other devices.
