Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 2 onions
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix - 1 lb.
  • salt and pepper
  • pinch of nutmeg (opt)
  • mustard
  • duck sauce
  • malawach

Procedure[edit | edit source]

Saute onions and cabbage in the oil for abt 12-15 min. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll out malawach cirlce as thinly as possible. Spread with mustard. Cut into 12 triangles, top each with spoon of cabbage mixture, roll up, brush with duck sauce. Bake 350 for 35 minutes or until golden.

Use hot chili instead of duck sauce add a few strips of pastrami
